"Insightly works great for customer data management!"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of use is incredible. Learning and teaching the system is incredibly easy. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes at high volume times, the system will run a little slowly. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It enables mass customer information management.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of access from any device anywhere, ready to use for work remotely and in the office. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The only Dislike is sometimes crashes, but that's pretty occasional. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving workflow management, ques are simple and better to track workflow coming in and out.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy it is to generate custom reports. I'm often having to pull data on our partner firms and I like that I can create those reports easily and all of the information I need is in one place. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I dislike that the important for the opportunities can sometimes be disorganized. This could be an issue on the user's end and not Insightly's end. Lack of ability to customize/clone standard objects to make them more useful for each company;s specific use case What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Interdepartmental communication and linking of all customer-related opportunities and projects in one place

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is most helpful because it simplifies everything you need to get your job done and more! It makes work easier and enjoyable! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Some of the forms are limited in the data you can input. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It's beneficial because it closes out the job very quickly.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The organization and efficiency. Pretty easy to navigate once settled in. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Things can take too long to be updated after submitting. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving issues for accounts and queues.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly CRM allows our organization to track several ongoing projects (often within multiple cycles). "Insightly CRM was a useful tool for us when we needed to rethink our customer relationships"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The determining factor was that we could fully sync Insightly CRM fields with our Google Workspace groups, users and calendars. That allows us a fairly seamless outreach with our member database. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The email marketing builder has been challenging. We have to create newsletters in another tool and copy/paste them in HTLM into Insightly. The smart merge functionality is also time-consuming. What problems is ...
