"Flexibly but clunky"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Very flexible and customizable. You can add lots of custom fields on objects and set up automations. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Lots of irregularity and warts. E-mail integration works for Google Business but not other accounts; have to forward E_mails manually to Insightly to get them to appear, and they intentionally block auto-forwarded E-mails for some reason. "Declining satisfaction for what was once my favorite CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly scales pretty well. It was/is a great starter CRM for small business with a low barrier to entry and a friendly starting price. It has a clean design with an interface that is easy to pick up. Another good feature is that it plays well with other third-party tools like QuickBooks, MailChimp, etc. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Support is not great. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly CRM allows our organization to track several ongoing projects (often within multiple cycles). "We LOVE Insightly!"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The user interface of Insightly is really helpful and allows me to have all customer data in one place. "Easy to use"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The most helpful part of Insightly is that it is very user friendly. We utilize the program to keep track of our clients progress after treatment. We can use it for our notes and information needed to collect good data. I like the customer service we received when we had questions or needed assistance. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly helps us keep tasks and workflows in order, which allows us to work efficiently as a team. "Love Insightly's customization and support team!"

"Improved Workflow"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly allows me to keep my opportunities and projects organized while making communicating with my customers more accessible and more efficient. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I'm not too fond of the mobile interface. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
