"Simple to use and helpful CRM"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is a simple and very easy to use. We can keep track or record of call details. "Most helpful CRM"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Best thing about Insight CRM is it's contact management, as this CRM makes it easy to manage our contacts and sales leads. "Functional CRM, sales-y customer service"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Troubleshooting is possible. We had an issue with duplicates and the developers were quick to correct that. When used consistently, it does help increase conversions. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I particularly appreciate Insightly's flexibility in creating custom categories and labels. Whenever I want to store or label specific information, there is already a built-in system that recognises my particular use cases. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Objects and fields can be easily customized. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not terribly intuitive. And the reporting requires a lot of skill. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is simple, direct, and cohesive. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are a lot of different features which can be helpful but also is difficult to find thee most efficient way to house information/reporting/data.
