"CRM that's perfect for small business"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly CRM has an easy interface that allows us to customize the program for our individual company. Since we are a small company and don't have a dedicated IT department, the ability to get these adjustments completed quickly and easily has made a huge difference and definitely helped us grow over the past 3 years. "Easy to Use & Intuitive CRM"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is quick and easy to use. I can record call details in under a minute. It is easy to search and group information that I may need to look at, and it is easy to filter info so that I see just what I want to see. We also use the invoice function and that is super fast. "Transparency"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What is most helpful with our CRM is the transparency we have w/ remote offices when looking up other pipelines for review & discussion when necessary. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Ease of use. Very easy set up without a lot of clicks. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Wish there was more integrations with dialers like JustCall. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Really goes back to ease of use and clarity on where to find data.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Tasks, Pipeline creations, and reports are the areas I think are built out well What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Contacts are a hot mess! "Nice but not as robust as we need it to be."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is user-friendly. Very self-explanatory and simple to train new users on. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The labeling of items in insightly makes it easy to find certain things about projects What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are too many tabs to click in to, would be better if everything was on one page What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? "Good tool to get your organization on track through a CRM"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The service from the Insightly team is great. The tool itself is flexible to adapt to your needs; also, helpful to have Marketing and CRM in the same place. I haven't had much experiences with other CRM tools, though, but so far and after a couple of years of using, complains are minimal. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
