What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is user-friendly. Very self-explanatory and simple to train new users on. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Simple & Easy to Use/Learn - if no one has used CRM before it should be good to learn from What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not as much capability as Salesforce for me. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing for me currently, it's just tracking all of my clients and data from sales.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to track status of projects especialy through reports and customized objects
