Very Useful!

What do you like best? The crash logs are the best part, and not really talked about very much (the "shake to report" grabs the spotlight, rightly, but logs give a full stack and are very detailed (often better than, say, Crashlytics. What do you dislike? The console leaves something to be desired. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bug reporting by our beta users, as well as tracing crashes.

As a software developer I really appreciate the level of detail that Instabug provides, giving me a deep level of insight to help diagnose and debug issues that users are having. What do you like best? After from crash report generation, Insta bug is acting as like a project management tool. Customer Support is awesome. What do you dislike? Alright tooling but a lot of work for it to be really usable

What do you like best? React native support is really nice, but it is certainly not complete What do you dislike? A lot of features are missing implementation and not documented. It is clearly a young product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to gather user feedback in an app and catch crashes.

Removes friction for your customers and testers!

What do you like best? At Teleportr we love how frictionless it is to get feedback from our beta testers and customers! Having as much information as possible without having to bother the customer with a ton of questions makes reporting bugs and getting feedback very simple and streamlines the triage process. Great tool for tracking bugs

What do you like best? It’s super simple to integrate and works with Jira so your bugs end up in the right place. What do you dislike? If you’re a bigger org or need more advanced features/customizations it can get pretty pricey. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy bug reporting for our clients means less time is spent logging bugs and more time is spent fixing them.
