Great video interview platform with good support

What do you like best? It was really easy to do video interviews with Jobma. It took me 5 minutes to create a video interview and invite the candidates I wanted to take the interview. Once they have done the video interview you also get email notifications letting you know that you can watch their video. Amazing video interviewing tool

What do you like best? I loved how it made our scheduling issues melt away practically overnight. One of the most annoying issues for us used to be getting hold of candidates so we could talk to them for 15-20 minutes and with Jobma we didnt really have to anymore. We just automated all of that to one way video interviewing and just screened candidates using that. Candidates were super responsive to this as well. Amazing benefit to your recruitment process.

What do you like best? Its incredibly simple to use. You or your candidates don't need to install any additional softwares, it works right through your browser. It even works without an app (although they do have one) through the mobile browser. Our candidates loved it because they could do video interviews outside of work hours.
