"Kapture panel are quite good to operate from entry level to to management level."
What do you like best about Kapture CX? All features like tickets. and report generations. What do you dislike about Kapture CX? as far as I know. I did not find anything to dislike. What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you? Team management and customer handlings are. Tat. SLA. AHT can be monitored easily.

Able to see only 30days report but need to show for all reports month wise What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to see work locations on maps
