What do you like best about Kapture CX? The agent assistant feature. Makes it possible to maintain the quality in every customer interactions . What do you dislike about Kapture CX? The overall design could be better, but the system is highly efficient. What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you? delivering quality and timely customer service. What do you like best about Kapture CX? Dashboards, reports, simplified UI frontend is impressive. What do you dislike about Kapture CX? Sometime gets slow during issues at production server end. Kapture CRM has improved my customer service ten-fold.

PROS: Customizable Dashboard, Mobile CRM, Lead Management, Dedicated Account Manager, etc CONS: There is none
