LMI tool is the best remote support tool in the market. Period!
What do you like best? The best is the option to take a private session to access the other devices of the customers. It helps us sort out problems for the customer on two devices at the same time. logmeinrescue allows me to see and control my customers device
What do you like best? It connects quickly and stays connected throughout our interaction until I manually close it. The app is free and downloads quickly to my customers device.I also like the tools at the top. What do you dislike? I dislike the way it has to be downloaded by the customer every time you use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to help my customers make changes on their devices regarding everyday use.

Excellent remote helpdesk
What do you like best? It is easy to use on both ends. I like the control I have when helping remote users especially now when so many workers are remote What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When you need instant and reliable remote connection, LogMeIn is the best choice. It is so easy and convenient to use that frontend users won’t have difficulties connecting with technical support for assistance. Even tech-giants, such as Microsoft, use LogMeIn for such purpose. What do you like best? Convenient for connecting to remote host for troubleshooting when a full version of LogMeIn is not present on the host computer. It can be deployed to a remote via several different methods including direct download and email links. Low host system requirements. One very useful feature is the ability to move files to the remote computer. Quick and Painless Remote Control
What do you like best? I like the ability to quickly access an end-users computer to assist with fixing there problems. I also, like how quickly technicians can collaborate inside of LogMeIn Rescue.
