What do you like best? It has ability to provide glitch-free remote access even on a moderate connection. Adequate for a mid-level service-based company. What do you dislike? EASY to USE

What do you like best? Log me in is extremely easy to use. I love that i can have a user access a website and use a pin Number. What do you dislike? sometimes connections drop for no reason What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote support for my users.

What do you like best? MY IT guy does most of the leg work, its easy to populate on the screen to allow support to take over What do you dislike? None that I've noticed software wise. What do you like best? LogMeIn Rescue is even used by vendors like Microsoft. It is the best and easiest solution to obtain immediate remote access. The solution makes it very easy for the end user to establish a remote connection with the technician, even if they are not savvy. What do you dislike?
