What do you like best? The software was capable of fast connections for quick resolution of user issues. Users were always aware of who they were connecting with. The chat feature was responsive and screenshots were easy to store. What do you dislike? Easy to use and awesome program!

What do you like best? One of the best things about LogMeIn is the easy way to use it as a Tech Support Representative or a Costumer on the other end. It is really easy to understand with a simple and professional aesthetic interface on the Technician's end and is not invasive at all on the Costumer's end. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is super simple and convenient for our IT Department to login and fix whatever is going on with our computers. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First of all, I love the Rescue Lens feature, this feature is very useful and powerful.
