A software coming in to the rescue!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Swift accessiblity for our clients. This makes it possible for our technicians to offer access assistance right away. Being able to reboot, acquire root access, and blackout screen for certain methods that users at base-level couldn't utilize from my terminal are fantastic! LogMeIn worth its price
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? LMI allows our clients to access assistance from our support team in a few minutes. The software allows us to reboot, have root access and even blackout screens for specific processes that base level users are not allowed to use. The tool to copy-paste from our terminal is awesome. Remote connection to troubleshoot software issues made faster and easier.
What do you like best? I like the software's fast connection and easy login option for remote users that I help with software issues. What do you dislike? I only dislike the interface, I think it needs more improvement and become more minimalist. Incredibly simple solution for occasional remote desktop use
What do you like best? Very simple interface makes accessing off-site users simple and easy. Unattended access makes it very easy to remote into computers that are at remote locations. What do you dislike? The only limitation is that their unattended access feature is almost hidden, how it is an incredible useful feature. What problems are you solving with the product? LogMeIn Helps me help my peers
What do you like best? I like that I'm able to easily remote into anyone of my coworkers PCs and figure out how to help What do you dislike? Sometimes the application can feel laggy or take a few minutes to establish a connection to the end user's machine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company has locations spread across 5 states, it would be next to impossible to service all employees without something like LogMeIn

The application is not build into the client, its another program to download. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Computers and Server issues. LogMeIn has made supporting users much easier.
What do you like best? Just being able to see what the end user sees is a great help. With some older users sometimes their description of the problem is not the best, being able to see it saves a lot of time. What do you dislike? I don't think that there is any complaints I have. Maybe when we tried connecting to phones that was hit or miss but I think that is more with the various phones that are out there and haven't tried for a few years so it may be better now. ...
