Logmein Rescue User for around 10 years now

What do you like best? I have been using this product for almost 10 years its very intuitive to get the job done for most remote tasks. I would recommend for any new or existing tech professional to use. What do you dislike? I found this product difficult at times to help me get clients who tried to get service by attempting to chat with our company. What do you like best? I nice to be able to use to Use the Rescue Session if the user or computer don't have the application installed on the unit. Being able to log in and transfer files or programs easier than to mail the user a usb. Being able to see and able to use file mange to see the files is simple and easy to get into the system. What do you like best? The features are great, it's easy to use and it's fast What do you dislike? There is nothing that I can thing of that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? Works most of the time

What do you like best? Logmein Rescue is easy to use and creating link for clients to use is easy. Transferring files is simple and intuitive, setting up access on client machines is pretty straight forward, and saving access to clients machines is simple and transparent. What do you dislike? On the two computers I mostly use LogMeIn Rescue if the software is left idle it freezes and I will have to use the task manager in order to close it and relaunch the software. Also if I am ...

The only way to really do remote software support.

What do you like best? I'm an independent software vendor, I sell programs to small businesses. Every time I connect to a customers system with LogMeIn Rescue, it saves me the entire months subscription costs. it would take at least 2 billable hours to travel to and from my customers, they are spread out all across New York City. I can keep a list of customer computers with credentials, so i can log in and do upgrades in off hours without impacting the customers workflow. What do you ...
