The on-boarding process was seamless…
The on-boarding process was seamless and easy. After speaking with the Sales team who gave me a basic run down of the on-boarding process, I was passed on to my 'Account Specialist' who asked me for details of my staff and how I pay them in order to assist me in setting up my account.

It seems too easy to be true!
It seems too easy to be true. Payroll takes just minutes to be completed and it's linked to my online Accounting software. Processing Super is so simple and quick I thought I had missed a few steps.

A rocky start but it's much better now
we had a rocky start with Samantha, she was rushing through things and I found her quite impatient.I expressed to Samantha my concerns on her behaviours, she understood, apologised and since then things are much better, she is more patient, more understanding of our payroll concerns and more willing to help.

Much to complicated for sole trader.
I'm sole trader with Pty Ltd as a shell company. I found this software on ATO site regarding Single Touch Payroll. This software is design for big company. Is much to complicated for someone like me. 90% of futures is useless for me. Just big waste of time. Les

Confusing initially but easy once you get going.
If you are new to rostering and timesheet systems then it can be a little complicated to set things up initially. The support staff are very patient and knowledgeable and were able to advise and set up anything that I couldn't understand. Once set up however, very easy! The only hard part now is staff remembering to clock on and off.

As a Nano Business with 0.2 days/week admin support
As a Nano Business with 0.2 days/week admin support where I pay monthly and report my BAS quarterly.Very impressed with the support from Microkeeper.com.au which is based in Geelong. Let my Accountancy Firm know, to help others like me trying to get their minds around the attention to ATO details that are now required to be reported directly to the ATO with each payrun.As I understand it as a novice, this software appears to work well.

The nightmare that I have experienced with every other STP provider left me tearing my hair out. Then I spoke to John at Microkeeper and all my troubles dissolved. He is incredibly patient, courteous, thorough and most of all, helpful. He should be cloned and put on the end of every helpline. Cannot speak highly enough of his service.
