It's OK

What do you like best? It had all the features that you are looking for in a CRM What do you dislike? It can be very confusing at times, and not streamlined enough for a novice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? tracking customer reports, clients information and having it all in once place for ease of access.

Most versatile CRM I have worked with!

What do you like best? There are so many features that I love about this CRM. The functionality, the ease of use, the reporting capabilities, the insights! The list goes on. From a Sales perspective, now that LinkedIn is a MS product, the integration into the CRM is valuable. You can import LinkedIn contacts, link with key influences within CRM, and even see additional key people within an organization that you should link with. You can also create specific email campaigns, create ...

Great tool for CRM

What do you like best? Easy to find what you are looking for. 360 degree view of your sales pipeline. Easy for other people within your team to view share and edit. What do you dislike? Slow to enter information in the system and saving can be a hassle if you don't have all the information in the system it will not let you save it and you have to start all over without saving what you entered. Recommendations to others considering the product: I prefer Salesforce over ...

Incredible tool

What do you like best? Easier tool to manage especially when getting all databases. What do you dislike? Quarterly change of password that gives me difficulty on remembering it. Also, I find it absurd coz by the year ends, you’ll see some people making a habit of writing their passwords on the memo pads on their desk for the sake of not forgetting it all over again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not that I can recall. ...

What do you like best? Dynamics CRM has been a great tool however I feel to get the best experience out of it you either need to have a skilled CRM consultant on standby or have a team of CRM experts to be able to make changes to the system. I do like the seamless integration into Outlook What do you dislike? It's not easy to run custom reports, it's not easy to retrieve information once it's been stored, I don't like that it's difficult to retrieve email attachments from tracked ...
