What do you like best? Integration with email, calendar, LinkedIn, ubiquity across other platforms and devices. What do you dislike? It is slow, consistently, and not very intuitive. Always feels like you should be able to do more with it than you are able to. Integrations often cause issues (Dynamics crashes outlook, for example). Looks like an old MSFT product.
