Extensive capabilities

What do you like best? Having used this for a few years, the was a bit of hesitation at first. Once all employees got used to using the system, the tracking and follow up opportunities were endless. Integration from our old system was a little trying but we got it done! Duplicate contact/lead resolution is pretty easy. All in all, once we got used to using it, was quite awesome! What do you dislike? There is a learning curve. Older systems can be difficult to integrate. ...

A way to drive sales

What do you like best? I like that it provides integrated solutions that allow different businesses to track leads and sales. What do you dislike? In the beginning, it was difficult to navigate because some users have limited features on the app. Recommendations to others considering the product: The software can be implemented through the cloud you currently use as well as Microsoft Office 365. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Basic entry level CRM program

What do you like best? Simple interface, maybe too simple; tie ins to other platforms requires lots of customization. Could use some more "bells and whistles". But overall a great entry level basic CRM especially for any company that doesn't already have a CRM solution. What do you dislike? A bit clunky. Look and feel is dated. Mobile application could be improved too. Again, basic layout and structure is good for many companies as a starting point. Recommendations to others ...

Sales Tool

What do you like best? Dynamics365 has allowed us to move away from a mainframe system and simplified the quoting process What do you dislike? Constant updates make the program hard to master. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can quickly upload a list of skus and quantities and have a quote created.

Dynamics 365 My 2 Cents

What do you like best? I used Microsoft Dynamics 365 for 2 Years. Overall any crm works great once you customize it for your business. I think 365 was pretty easy to use; even the not so savvy staff was able to figure it out quickly. What do you dislike? The cost to hire a customization person was very expensive. We spent about $75K and 6 months to get it working for our company like we wanted it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are planning to use ...

Bulky, and outdated

What do you like best? The system is very basic, so it's not that big of a learning curve if you've used a CRM before. What do you dislike? Lack of customization, inability to import/export data effectively. Doesn't easily integrate or allow collaberation Recommendations to others considering the product: Just go with SalesForce What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer/lead management
