What do you like best? Flexibility in implementation. Lots of options for customization. What do you dislike? Everything opens as separate browser windows except for where it would be helpful. Hard to see history data as you enter new data (since this does not open as a separate window). Notifications expire after 24 hours, so you miss things that come in over the week end. What do you like best? I like being able to toggle easily and quickly between Account, Contact, and Opportunity. I also like being able to filter by the Phase (Qualify, Develop, Proposed Awaiting Award, etc.) Also being able to run a report to quickly see what we have out there on the table for financial & directors' meetings is a useful tool. What do you like best? Very straight forward and easy to use. Accessibility is top notch, so easy a caveman could use it. I had no formal training before being told to start using MSX.
