It has been a very pleasant experience working with Microsoft dynamics 365 for sales
What do you like best? I live how simple and easy it is to use. It has a lot features that has helped set the goal for pipelines What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its very helpful in solving the various business challenges related to Sales and customer engagement. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the way it is really easy at customizing of the system is such as creating new forms, dashboards, views and fields. Can be overwhelming at first but quite easy to use
What do you like best? Easy to find accounts and their account managers when forwarding on opportunities and leads to the sales team from marketing. Can look into open and previous opportunities and use information from it. Easy to set up campaign tags to see follow up of campaigns and ROI. What do you dislike? I'm not entirely sure how to input new accounts. It's so easy to input bad data - aka [email protected] just putting question marks or "Mr" as a title so the data can be a bit odd. ...

Straightforward and user friendly!
What do you like best? As a user, what I like the best about MS CRM is how straightforward it is. Even if you are a non-technical person, you can easily understand and navigate the system.
