What do you like best? We use Namely for various aspects of HR: onboarding, performance review, time off, benefits administration, and payroll. Having these functions in one system is very helpful. What do you like best? I love how Namely makes it easy to see new employees, current department makeup, and additional details about individuals similar to a social media account. What do you like best? Ease of use for both employees and managers. Great tool for all HR and payroll functions. What do you dislike? Still waiting for the vacation update i would love it.
