Namely - simple for end users but lacking horsepower for HR

What do you like best? Functionality is simple. UI is pretty clean. Most of the major functions of HCM are present. What do you dislike? As an end user, the interface can be cumbersome to navigate. The mobile app is nowhere near a complete representation of the full solution - PTO and employee directory is about all you get. Easy to Use HR Software

What do you like best? I like having everything HR and Payroll related in one spot. I am able to approve my employee's time sheets, view my own pay stubs, complete and view performance reviews, and have the entire team directory at my fingertips. The software is very intuitive and easy to learn. What do you dislike? I wish their mobile app was more robust - I haven't been able to easily view pay stubs on the app so I end up just logging on the regular website on my phone's browser. ...

What do you like best? Namely offers a completely centralised HRIS platform, which is essential for multi-location businesses. We run operations in Canada, the US and Europe, so we placed a lot of emphasis on making sure our HRIS could provide a consistent experience to all our employees. What do you like best? The ease of use for employees and administrators as well as the powerful reporting engine. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to customize the system and tailor it to our unique culture. It's the one stop shop for all things employee related. What do you dislike? Great product for the price

What do you like best? Onboarding feature. We use payroll, benefits portal, performance reviews, ACA reporting, and onboarding. The onboarding feature allows my new employees to read and sign employee documents and agreements, as well a set up their HRIS profile, before their first day of work. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The UI is kept very simple and clean. It is easy for a new user to understand where to go to for particular information. As we use it for people management, it is easy to find an employee to view his profile. Also, certain sections of the profile, such as employee salary, are accessible only to particular roles, and not visible openly to all. Great for Mid-Size Business

What do you like best? Namely combines the three main systems together - HRIS, payroll, benefits. Anyone who has had to deal with payroll mistakes or benefits mistakes can understand the value of having a system that's totally integrated.
