What do you like best about Namely? The best part about Namely is how easy we can log in and appreciate coworkers. Also, the People section is easy to search and includes the Organization Chart. "Namely has made HR so much easier"

What do you like best about Namely? On-Boarding a new employee on-line has been a huge change for my department. Also, using the insurance brokerage through Namely has been a tremendous asset for our whole staff. In addition, when submitting a case for help, the response is usually very fast. What do you dislike about Namely? Occasionally, I might miss a step when completing a process, and don't know what I have done wrong, but submitting a case always takes care of it. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Namely? The energy, thoughtfulness and thoroughness of our implementation team (Veronica Pagan, Ameena McKenzie and Jesse Velez). What do you dislike about Namely? Nothing, I think the US implementation felt just right. What problems is Namely solving and how is that benefiting you? All good so far. I've used the LMS.

A lot of legacy HR platforms feel outdated to the end user, I've always been satisfied with how clean the UI feels

"Easy Experience All Around"

What do you like best about Namely? Everything I need is in one place. As an individual contributor that works remotely, I often need an answer to a question about my benefits, my pay, etc. Namely removes the need to chase someone down over slack and then wait and then realize I have the wrong person, and then I need to ask someone else and wait. With Namely there's no waiting. I get what I need and move on. What do you dislike about Namely? I would love for Namely to continue building out ...

"User-Friendly and Seamless!"

What do you like best about Namely? I like how easy the site is to navigate. I appreciate the simple dashboards and navigation of the site. I check my pay and employee birthdays often. It is much more user friendly in my mind in comparison to its competitors. What do you dislike about Namely? I really haven't noticed anything about Namely that I dislike.
