Fantastically Simple and Slick CRM

What do you like best? The simplicity, and the integration of social media platforms, as well as the flow of the software experience. This allows us to instantly update ourselves with our clients as we meet with them. Relationship is king, and Nimble simplifies the relationship. What do you dislike? Only downside for me, is I'm in the construction industry, so somethings are not quite as seamless as they seem to be for other industries. Yet the customization of things, makes it easy ...

A great CRM platform the best.

What do you like best? It seems to me the best CRM platform since it offers a great variety in its software, such as being able to see those who are connected in their social networks, as well as seeing their interests and being able to establish communication with their clients, it helps a lot in what is the marketing but also allows you to have several active emails, and manage several companies in your organization. What do you dislike? I really don't have much to criticize, the ...

Keeps Leads Organized, Great Pipeline & More

What do you like best? Having tasks related to each deal & the notification on the log touch feature to remind you to connect! I like that we are able to respond or create emails in Nimble without going back to my gmail account. What do you dislike? It goes to sleep too fast. Is there a way that can be changed? Recommendations to others considering the product: It a great place for tracking emails, if someone clicks a link or opens an attachment. It's just all-around ...

Nimble offers quite a few CRM services

What do you like best? An excellent thing about nimble is that it allows you to cover every stage of the sales opportunities, so that the work is always organized. As for email marketing, nimble helps with the editing and organization of emails, as well as with their cloud storage, so there is never any loss of information. Nimble manages sales channels, which has resulted in the improvement of our sales force. The platform also works with commissions or contracts in general, and manages ...

Amazing CRM platform

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Nimble is cloud-based platform that integrates well with Google Apps. The process of collecting data and being updated is a piece of cake for me now. Its wonderful feature for email tracking and mail merge helps us to send the emails directly into the contact’s inbox. This is extremely powerful marketing tool. All information about my clients is in one place, this saves me lot of time because I get what I need with only one click, ...

Has Potential but over-promises and under-delivers

What do you like best? The price point per user per month. Currently $25/user/month makes it a great starter CRM for small companies and non-profits. As well as the ability to track open/clicks on transactional emails NOT sent through HTML services. We love ability to quickly add people to Nimble through the browser add-in by highlighting an email address or phone number. There is also the ability to "Nimble" a companies website and scour for information on the WWW which is helpful ...

The only CRM I have been happy to pay for, ever

What do you like best? Nimble saves time. You can add people and companies to Nimble without any typing by using its widget when you are either browsing or in your email system. I haven't come across that in any other system. It quickly builds social profiles around your contacts saving you having to do the research. It supports multiple email accounts so you can, for instance, mix business with personal in the one database and use the database as your dashboard for communication ...

Solid lightweight CRM!

What do you like best? It's in the name - it really is nimble. The CRM fits into my email workflow, my sales process and plays well with others using it's lightweight and low hassle CSV importer. The pipeline is also nice and adding users is straightforward. What do you dislike? It's so light that you can forget to use it - if there were more marketing CRM functions with forms, fields, and automations then it would be more valuable but then there would understandably be costs for ...
