The right product at the right time- adaptable, scalable, flexible, responsive and dynamic.
What do you like best? The product is balanced in price with a strong range of integrated features - can track customers and interactions includes considered integration with social media as well. Good choice for the value
What do you like best? I like the group message feature the best. You can save so much time by sending personalized emails to multiple people at once. I have several saved templates ready to use at anytime. What do you dislike? There are limits to the amount of personalized fields you can use your group message. These days knowledge is not knowing everything but knowing who to go to to get the information
What do you like best? "Smart storage" for all my contacts - it's like a personal linkedin on steroids :-) What do you dislike? Cannot think of anything at this stage - it is meeting all of my requirements with so much more to give when I need it by the looks :-) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of all my contacts and conversations with them. Being able to tag contacts and find them easily when I need them!

2 years in, Nimble is a workflow mainstay!
What do you like best? It looks good, very easy to use, and I can customize it for my purposes. The 'tag' feature is brilliant and I use it all the time. Great app! Customer support is ready to help! What do you dislike? Since I"m not in sales, some of the prominent features are not relevant to me, i.e. 'lead' info. Nimble is a great CRM software for marketing.
What do you like best? Nimble is great social CRM software and we can easily keep track of important relationships of marketing and sales processes. The best thing that I most like about this software is that Nimble allow us to send emails to the team members in a group and colleagues. Nimble Not Bad at All
What do you like best? The software is very easy to use. It did take our staff some time to get used to it but with the online support that is available people soon got used to it. The team now use it on a daily basis with ease. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is pretty easy to use unlike some of the larger CRMs and easy to learn What do you dislike? It is slow and because it is so basic it is limited on features. What do you like best? I like the email tracking. It is easy to use and you can get alerts via phone What do you dislike? Mobile version seems limited, some of the features are available. I have an iPad Pro 12 but there is no tablet app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Constant knowledge of events, dates etc in my contacts lives
