Nimble is super easy to use but has a few limitations

What do you like best? I love how user friendly it is, how easy to set task, add contacts, and large cvs contact files. I also like how it's connected with an email so the emails seem a lot more personal. What do you dislike? The group message is limited to what you can do as far as templates. Great, really good CRM System

What do you like best? The ability to link social media, plan events, track emails & link up all calendars. Also amazing that when you send an email on Gmail, it gets automatically logged. Brilliant for social media integration

What do you like best? I find Nimble to be superb, with excellent customer support. Running a B2C business, I find its social media integration especially useful. Would recommend to anyone. What do you dislike? Default to sending to business email addresses is disappointing. You should be able to toggle this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for email tracking and for hunting personal information through the prospector tool.

Nimble - The Best CRM for Small Business

What do you like best? The bang for the buck. You get a lot out of Nimble without having to pay a lot. If you are a small business and need a simple yet effective CRM - - Nimble is the way to go. Great value. Gets the job done.

What do you like best? Nimble is easy to set up and use. We use it for CRM, pipeline management, and email tracking. For our small business, it gives us what we need without overpaying for bells and whistles that we never use. What do you dislike? Managing notes and finding specific customers can sometimes be an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a normal cadence for customer contacts. Managing emails and contacts.
