What do you like best about Nutshell? It allowed for a great way to communicate through sales the growth and allow for some information to be collected and retrieved from a singular source which expedites some lead times What do you dislike about Nutshell? Not always easy to maneuver but luckily once you have learned the system it is greatly useful What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Some of the information inuts early on were quickly rectififed

"Simple to use CRM system"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that Nutshell is cloud-based to easily used on any devoce What do you dislike about Nutshell? Some things are a little clunky to figure out but you usually can figure it out. And customer support is good if you need help What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell helps me keep sales pipeline organized. that's the main benefit. I can also forecast results based on weighting opportunities

What do you like best about Nutshell? It's very intuitave and I was able to get up and running with minimal training! What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's challenging trying to find a specific keyword in notes What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell lets me send emails at specific times, set up a group of emails, and lets our group easily share notes about donors & prospects

What do you like best about Nutshell? It's very easy to navigate inside the app! I can find contacts very quickly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? There is a ringcentral API, but not to the new RingCentral all-in-on system. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Sequencing emails are extremly helpful.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has loads of customisable features, you can add and amend all the different elements to reflect your sales cycle. I also love the integration with Zappier. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes it can feel a little bit janky. For example, when looking at report data, it might randomly change to the wrong quarter or month. That can be slightly annoying. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? The reporting aspects are very detailed and thorough. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The data that was input by past Sales Reps that are incomplete What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? By keeping our Sales Funnel orgainzed and task show up daily

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy navigation. Easy to sync to other accounts. etc. What do you dislike about Nutshell? How the Lead, Company, and person interact with one another it is alot of extra work. I fill it could be formatted better. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?
