"Utilizing Nutshell for easy access of customer contact info, sales process and data!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy use for entering client info, tying that client to a lead, which is an individual job opportunity, and conveying info and notes easily to the sales team. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The search function occasionally will pop up unrelated leads / names to what you typed in, not always the most intuitive on the search. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy one stop shop for all our contact info.

"Intuitive CRM - 5 stars"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We have been using Nutshell for nearly 5 years and we absolutely love it. We especially like that we are able to track our leads that have very long sales cycles. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Customization is limited. But that's what we expect for the price. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a B2B business with very long sales cycles. We tried other CRMs before this and no other CRM could quite handle repeat ...

"Simple and Best"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I was looking for a simple CRM with necessary automation and stumbled up on Nutshell. I really like the pipeline management and the dashboard of this product. My most used feature is email sequencing. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I think Nutshell can do better in analytics. I would also like to have cold email and linked-in outreach capabilities. Also, I don't like the marketing tool much. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that ...

"Great for Keeping track of customer interactions!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The system is easy to navigate, especially using the filters, and I am easily able to look up contacts and keep track of which customers are in which stage of the sales process. Using the filters, I'm able to know which customers I have already reached out to this season, and which customers have purchased our product in previous years, and adjust my sales approach accordingly. The automated email sequence is also great for continuing contact with ...

"Nutshell Review"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the simplicity of Nutshell. It has the features I need without the cumbersome nature of other CRM's. The interface is user-friendly and customizable. We have been pleased with the switch to Nutshell. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nutshell times out and has glitches that I experience about once a week. There are bugs that need to be fixed within the system. This is not a huge deal, but definitely annoying and cuts into productivity. What ...

"Nutshell has been a huge time saver for our small sales team and keeps us organized"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The automated email flows really help my time management. With a very small sales and business development team, Nutshell does a lot of the heavy lifting sending tons of automated emails on my behalf behidn the scenes and I only need to get involved once someone replies. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish there was a an easy way to include multiple email addresses or CC multiple people in automated email flows/cadences. We have a bunch of leads ...

"Data Manager"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Automation of Data and ease of use for Sales Force What do you dislike about Nutshell? The use of the mobile app needs some work. Some of our older, technolgically disadvantged users struggle with the app. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining our data management, allowing our team to see the data in an easy to digest way.

""Nutshell is the best SalesMaster CRM""

What do you like best about Nutshell? Keep detailed records of customer information, interactions, and history in one place, and Track leads, sales opportunities, and the sales process to improve conversion rates. What do you dislike about Nutshell? For me there is nothing to complain, but CRM software can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Licensing fees, training, and ongoing support costs can add up. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell ...

"Straightforward, intuitive and easy to use."

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the Dashboard the best becuase it allows me to see everything i need in one place, whether it be active leads i need to track off or my tasks for the day. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Its solving the issue of ...
