"Simple and user friendly"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use. Easy to learn. Very simple design. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When you are entering a new person in the system, the part where you enter their company deletes it if you hit tab instead of enter. All of the other spaces you hit tab though. "Great tool and user friendly"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love that the emails link automatically to a customer. We also love the map feature to see an overview of the region. Also great marketing took for quick email blast for a smaller team without a marketing team. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Thea automatic address entry does not quite understand canadian addess. I usually need to go back in to correct the information and put it in the right case. "RISE and Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Integrated marketing tools with CRM functions. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Limited mobile app functionality makes it hard to use on the road. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps my company track marketing engagement as we are a marketing consulting company. It eliminates the need for several different tools. Nutshell does it all in one place.

What do you like best about Nutshell? The best part for me is working simultaneously on any lead, online, or mobile app. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wouldn't say I like that it is not very customizable, making it not as user-friendly. "Everything for all departments"

What do you like best about Nutshell? TEMPLATES! I love that I can save templates and share them across my teams! What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish I could archive contacts and not lose their information. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Team collaboration, email tracking and client communication tracking.

"Amazing CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? They really seem to understand all types and sizes of businesses and have built a very well rounded product for same. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I think there is room for slight improvements to reports and also pricing for smaller companies. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to track activies both day to day and far into the future.

"Everything you need with no useless baggage or unnecessary complexity"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use! Easy to set up your account, set up your team, and to manage leads. Everything is simple. And the Nutshell team made migration of my Salesforce database surpringly easy. Pricing is very reasonable too. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mobile device app could use some work. What do you like best about Nutshell? The customization available for each type of sales process. Functionality and ease of use. (I'm an admin and user) What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Great CRM with many customisable features"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The speed that the team take on board feedback and implement new features. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I live in a different timezone to Nutshell and the help team don't come on line until late in the day. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? A clean way to keep all the relevant information in one place. The ability to run reports on the data and customise most aspects makes for an easy to use product.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to create and send email; and track tasks. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Not supported by lead generating software and not ablet o upload lead list instantly. The screen for adding leads could use an updated to be more intuitive. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure I am not calling on ohters clients and the ability track contact history and tasks.
