What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the ease of use. I didn't need a full deal CRM. this has everything I need What do you dislike about Nutshell? There is a fair amount of double enter to get a lead set up, but that could be me not using it well. "Great easy to use CRM for small businesses and small teams"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that it is really easy to use and enter data. It is also able to sync up with your email to easily track the history of all contact points with a lead. Also nutshell is very affordable which is great for smaller teams with a tight budget. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "I'm not very computer savvy, but nutshell is user friendly"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to track customers frequency and having reports that can show you those catering customers that haven't contacted us in a while really helps us know who we need to reach out to. What do you like best about Nutshell? That the team finds it easy to use, hence integration and engagement has been seamless. What do you like best about Nutshell? The simplicity. How easy is it to manage and filter info. I like that is easy to check the lead history and analyze processes. What do you like best about Nutshell? The interface, features and functions are much more intuitive than a certain big-name competitor. Small businesses like ours have neither the budget nor the time to understand how to use overly complicated CRM databases. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to modify step-by-step process sales funnels. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Lack of features on mobile app in comparison to pc version.
