What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of use compared to other CRMs. Mostly intuitive and easy to train people on. Quick and helpful support as well. What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the amount of customization Nutshell allows you to do, especially for the price point. For what I consider an entry-level CRM, there is a lot you can do. What do you like best about Nutshell? Stores all client/candidate data in one place. Easy to use on PC or mobile device. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Site sometimes crashes when I try to access from mobile device and not all information uploads when accessed this way. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? They have upgraded the mobile usage platform and also have made direct emailing out of NS easier and more streamlined.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is incredibly affordable for the amenities included. I really like the Nutshell Marketing section. The email campaign feature is easy to use, and templates are highly editable. I also like Nutshell Forms and have used them for events as well as contact us forms on our website. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is used for all stages of the business, most impressive are the automations and integrations they offer. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing, it's the best bang for the buck and even has features we haven't experimented with yet. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? All tools are in one solution. From emails, to inbound forms, to click to call. Very well priced.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use. Inpute and display are intuitive. Can manage customers, update with a breeze What do you dislike about Nutshell? Does not merge duplicates easily. Address input can sometimes clitch with zip code. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Emailing and updating clients has become easier. Can follow up with leads that are hot. Emailing clients and calling from the crm are way cool.

What do you like best about Nutshell? It's so much more user friendly than the complicated (and expensive) CRM we used to use! We barely used our old CRM because it was so clunky, and we have team members in Nutshell all the time. It's easy to communicate across teams, look up information, and see where we're at.
