"Streamlined and Effective CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? User Friendly, Excells in Sales Automation and workflow , Contact and deal Managment, & Reporting and Anaylitics. What do you dislike about Nutshell? More customization options.Marketing Emails and the bounces drive my team crazy. It only pulls the first contact. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? I have no idea about new updates.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the different categories of contacting customers and prospects for activities such as meetings, calling reminders, and so on. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I would like it to link with Word and MS Office easier. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It serves as excellent reminder to contact prospects and current vendors pertaining to last activity. Excellent overall tools help to generate increased income.

What do you like best about Nutshell? View of lead profile is very clean and easy to use. Each lead is assigned a number, making it easier to find in the system. There are fields to list the products the customer is interested in and add documents related to the lead. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? It's an intuitive platform with a nice interface. It's very easy to add info and make edits without a whole lot of clicks. The set-up is useful "out of the box" and doesn't require a text-savvy admin to set up tons of custom fields. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The best thing I like about Nutshell is because it is cloud based, I am able to update activity anywhere from any device. I can easily keep track of sales pipeline and closed deals. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Not as many features as Salesforce, but way less money and much easier to use. "Overall good product; some things I would change"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Relatively easy to populate and easy to search; I like how I'm not required to complete fields when I don't have the information. Exporting the contacts list has been a helpful feature as I need to clean up a mess of erroneously imported contacts. What do you dislike about Nutshell? You can edit your contacts and everyone sees the same thing accross the board. What do you like best about Nutshell? Simplicity of using it and how easy it it to find things needed. It's very customizable What do you dislike about Nutshell? Some features have been removed - like click to call - and that there are still some things we have to do manually and cannot automate with placeholders in emails.. costs us lots of time.
