"Works well for managing your customer database"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use to manage your customer database. Allows you to keep notes on every contact with your customers. Allows you to connect Mailchimp, and other apps, to track which customers receive your marketing email. Whenever I want to know what has happened to a customer's account, I go to Nutshell, search for the customer, and then have all the data readily available. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Free is not free. Nutshell is a fair price with an intuitive interface. Time is money! What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple, good service. I was able to teach my team how to use it in a few hours. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The software is very intuitive and easy to teach to a newcomer. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nutshell is somewhat simplistic, and did not provide all of the features that we needed. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?
