What do you like best about Odro? The best part of Odro is the shortlist aspect. The fact it is so easy to just send a link with the candidates interviews, documents to the clients for them to watch. The reduced time to hire is amazing. What do you dislike about Odro? I dislike the new producer to be honest, I feel like it needa more work for videos to look really good. It lacks finesse. What do you like best about Odro? The tool is very user friendly and makes the daily life of video recruiting very easy. They also have a great support team. What do you dislike about Odro? It’s hard to get some of our clients to buy into the tool as they already have a strict recruitment process in place. What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you? First stage interviews

What do you like best about Odro? How simple it is for people to click and use straight away. What do you dislike about Odro? It was only compatible with Chrome so people have had to download Chrome instead of using Windows. What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to arrange interviews and not wait for my client to do so.

What do you like best about Odro? The ability to meet your candidates without the face to face contact and being able to review your chats at a future date. You can ask the questions your Client poses which cuts out the need for 1st stage interviews. What do you dislike about Odro? What do you like best about Odro? The best thing about Odro is the ease of use for both the client and us as an agency.
