What do you like best? Right off the bat you can get going with One Point. It is really easy to use with relatively little time on the program. You can easily monitor where you are in a current project and it really helps you keep an eye on the project as a whole. What do you like best? I love the ease of use of the Project dashboard which is very user-friendly, and the different reporting capabilities are great for business. What do you like best? It's been good to have integration with the software that we already use. Very quick to get started. Cloud access so I can work from any PC. What do you like best? The software is great. I particularly like the WBS, cost management and risk management options on this software. It really helps set the scope for a project and identify all the risks, which in turn, we can then plan for. What do you dislike?
