What do you like best? As far as a project management tool this seems to tick all the boxes. A cloud based platform means you can use it on the go and each member of the team can use it wherever they are. This means you can delegate work remotely and not have to worry about team members not receiving any information. What do you like best? Right off the bat you can get going with One Point. It is really easy to use with relatively little time on the program. You can easily monitor where you are in a current project and it really helps you keep an eye on the project as a whole. The What-If scenarios feature makes sure you can plan ahead for any issues your project may face. What do you like best? I love the ease of use of the Project dashboard which is very user-friendly, and the different reporting capabilities are great for business. What do you like best? It's been good to have integration with the software that we already use. Very quick to get started. Cloud access so I can work from any PC. What do you like best? The software is great. I particularly like the WBS, cost management and risk management options on this software.
