We enjoy oyster overall, it seems simple enough. Where it's lacking is when more complex questions or issues arise, we see a lack of proactive communication about these one off use cases. Id like to see or hear about other's experiences to eliminate or mitigate dropped balls.

Incorrect tax calculation and pension contribution. Followed by A very irresponsible HR service. Absolutely disappointing. Stay away and beware

A very irresponsible HR service. blames employee for their mistake. I had requested for 100% salary contribution to my pension was implemented wrongly. They deducted the tax and then did my pension contribution. and now they are just blaming me for not using salary sacrifice as a term. Really a nightmare experience. They constantly miss guiding me. Even now they are still on it. Which is resulting in financial loss to me. When asked appropriate questions they never answer your question. ...
