What do you like best? From a support standpoint, I like how it integrates with Windows for a nearly seamless workflow. I am appreciative of the support team that will work in-depth you on tickets to try and achieve a solution at the earliest convenience. What do you dislike? Very good product

What do you like best? The ease of which invoices are processed. What do you dislike? The technical side is very complicated. Engineers don't seem to be confident when something goes wrong. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good product, technical side is a little light. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not dealing with actual paper. Documents are stored electronically. Very convenient.

What do you like best? PaperSave has saved the day, during the Stay-at-Home order. Having a robotic AP system surely became useful where vendors emailed invoices, and PaperSave brought them into their WorkFlow, read the information on the invoice, clerk assigned who was to approve, and done! What do you like best? There are a lot of features I like. The OCR functionality for Accounts Payable is extremely helpful. Also, being able to save and then recall invoices and or journal entries is extremely helpful when it comes to year end. I would say that Papersave does a great job in helping keep us organized. What do you like best? The ease of use is definitely a plus. The fact we have all our documents in one digital location and they are backed up so we won't lose them is awesome. What do you like best? I love that I don't have to do anymore filing of paperwork and anything I want to look at is always available. What do you like best? PaperSave Invoice Automation and Approval workflow has saved us hundreds of hours on manual data entry. The approval process allows our treasurer, manager, and managers approve invoices electronically keeping the timestamp and record of the transaction for auditing purposes. What do you like best? Streamlines the process of approving/rejecting invoices and ideally saves on paper. What do you dislike? There are some errors during the workflow processes. The support team will help you resolve them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? InIt integrates with the current accounting system and helps with reporting.

Works w Blackbaud some of the time

What do you like best? When it works with Blackbaud, it is easy to add documents to records, see any additional documents. For most users, Papersave works for them. What do you dislike? The version of Papersave that we are on does not play well with newer operating systems. It still requires an old version of SQL server and an EOL (end of life) version of Microsoft Server, specifically MS Server 2008 R2. This is a huge security concern.
