Decent payroll software for small company

What do you like best? I love that PayCor is very user friendly. Anyone can figure out how to use it and navigate through its operations. Very easy! They have decent customer service as well. If you are able to get a hold of someone, they will help you to the best of their ability. If you call later in the day, you may be on hold for awhile. I really like the grid format for the payroll. Good features but app is slow

What do you like best? Most things can be done from the app: clock on/out, request/approve vacation, submit/approve time punch changes What do you dislike? The app can be very slow to load. It can take up to 20 seconds from password entry to be able to clock in/out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All employee time and benefits info is in one location and easy to find.

Helpful and User Friendly

What do you like best? The most helpful tool is keeping track of time, especially giving our employees who travel to different locations the ability to clock in and out from their phone in specific location boundaries. What do you dislike? The way that we award PTO to our employees by anniversary date doesn't update on the specific date but on the pay date before the anniversary. What do you like best? Paycor has a nice from from new hire entry to payroll and makes it easy to have all the information needed at your finger tips. Performance Management is also very easy to set-up an use in Paycor. It was easy to set-up the benefits for Open Enrollment and made it easy for employees to enter selections as well as reference later on if needed.
