Great Product with Great Customer Service!

What do you like best? My two favorite parts are the perform and payroll products. What do you dislike? I don't like that there is not a universal calendar. It's not a huge deal, but I would like a universal calendar displayed on the homepage for everyone to see that displays birthdays, anniversaries, company holidays, etc... Products good Customer Service amazing

What do you like best? I think the best aspect is customer service, whenever I need help or need something fixed they are quick and friendly. I don't feel like I am bothering them. What do you dislike? I am not a fan that there are two systems and they don't always work together. I will term. a person in perform and they show up in time. Nice small business solution

What do you like best? I like that we can easily set up workflows. It cuts down the time and hassle of making some changes to employees information while still being able to check for mistakes. What do you dislike? It can be a pain to update information individually when I am making the changes for a group. For example when a department or company gets a merit raise. Payroll solution

What do you like best? I like the ease of use its very intuitive. What do you dislike? When they push out updates they don't always work for our company. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you ask all your questions upfront to make sure it is a good fit for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to not use as much paper is amazing!!! Its also nice to have everything in one system.

Paycor allows us to use one platform for our four NGOs' staff needs including employee information, timekeeping, payroll, reporting, and ACA filing. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The information we would input is automatically saved, and customer service agents are friendly and don't make us wait. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Nothing so far. The system is easy to get used to. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Great HR solution for payroll and timekeeping

What do you like best? The support specialists that we've worked with have been great. They are quick at responding and providing updates during research. We've opened a couple of new businesses since teaming up with Paycor and the implementations have gone smoothly. The dashboard is very easy to use.
