"I think Paycor needs to train there employees more thoroughly before they have them help clients"

What do you like best about Paycor? Their Support Center and online training. Easy to learn extra skills on your own time. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes their phone support is lacking when you need a question answered promptly. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? They have been able to show us new features that we may not be utilizing.

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor's feedback feature is the finest I've encountered in HCM. It is nice to be able to see what additional features or areas my colleagues wish to see enhanced. What do you like best about Paycor? The website is very easy to navigate and was easy to learn. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes the feedback regarding state taxes is confusing and we've received some conflicting information. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? I can't imagine having to do payroll taxes myself, especially since we have employees in multiple states.
