"Paycor is great for employee tracking, but lacks in the LMS department."

What do you like best about Paycor? I appreciate how easy it is to review employee competencies, pay stubs, and other functions as an employee. It is fairly easy to navigate once you understand its function. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? We utilize the Recruiting Portal and I like that it links directly into our Onboarding for new hires. I also think the ease of use for any time clock employees is goodbecasue they can use their mobile devices. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? The start-up process has been relatively painless in comparison to my last payroll software. The staff is on top of the things I need to be taken care of that our company does differently than other companies. They listen and work hard to make their system easy to use. There was definitely a learning curve in order to become comfortable. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? The process of bringing on new hires is so easy/electronic. Which is super beneficial as we have quite a few remote workers.

What do you like best about Paycor? The navtigation throughout the system is pretty intuitive. The timecard management is simple for all users as well. What do you dislike about Paycor? Paycor is user-friendly and easy to use. I have used other HRIS systems and they were more complicated. What do you dislike about Paycor? I haven't had any issues lately with Paycor. There is a lot to learn with Paycor products and it works well when it's working how it should.
