"Powerful and Easy to Understand System"

What do you like best about Paylocity? I like how simple and intuitive the system is. After using UKG for years I felt like the system was harder to get a hold on and train others. Paylocity by contrast is much simpler but still has the same useful functionality of UKG.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity is the best when it comes to customer service. They are knowledgeable and dedicated and get you a prompt reponse.

What do you like best about Paylocity? The system is easy to use. It is nice that employees can make changes to their demographics and direct deposit. I also really enjoy the 360 integration with our 401(k) provider. This really eliminates the opportunity for errors.

They also have a ton of support articles as well as a couple of other support methods that make finding the answers to our questions much easier than any other program I've used.
