They have a desktop app called Paymo plus, which tracks all user desktop activity, and by applying rules, the apps assign activities and their duration to the app tasks. The main problem I had with all other time-track features and apps I used was that my employees nor I kept manually starting and stopping the timer on tasks we did. How did I discover Paymo

PROS: I find this software very easy to use, and it has a simple and friendly interface. It took me a while to find it, and I wouldn't change it for nothing. CONS: I mind that GANTT planning of activities is not included, but I'm sure they are working on it.
