What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Having humans answer the telephone! Whenever there is a problem. Just give them a call. Rest assured, you will be speaking with a technician within minutes who can assist you with any issue you may have!

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? I love the fact I can schedule follow-up calls for specific dates and times and they will always show up on my calendar so I don't forget.

"I love Pipeline CRM better than all the rest!"
What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Pipeline CRM is so easy and intuitive to use. Everything is clear and it's a breeze to navigate through the system. I have used Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, Zoho and Hubspot, and Pipeline is by far the easiest!

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Pipeline is economical for a small business. I used maybe 10% of its 'brain'. It has many features I've never tried. Because it is Cloud-based I can access it anywhere. Customer Support is much more competent and responsive than almost any other business I have dealt with. Phone support on both coasts for good weekday coverage by very knowledgeable staff....having had Pipeline for 7 years have found it completely reliable on functionality.....Additional training always available.....very easily customizable....very helpful with integrations...
