The Most Intuitive CRM

PROS: The best aspect of Pipeliner CRM for me is the ability to customize sales reports in as many ways as possible. CONS: I think it would be great to be able to send emails directly in-app without redirecting to Outlook. But I think this is already possible. I've not been using the email feature a lot.
