"Pivotal Tracker from a support perspective"
What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? I like look of Pivotal Tracker, it's very easy to use and you can view the various stories by labels, ex. high priority stories are labeled as 'High Priority' and then can be viewed by searching for that label. We also love that we are able to integrate our support software with PT so that we can create a PT story from the support ticket which saves time.

What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? I love the user interface of this application. It is very clean and organized. Its seamlessness motivates you to get work done and finish tasks assigned to you on there.

What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? Tracker is such a flexible, easy to use project management system. It gives us complete visibility into what is happening across our department. The open API is powerful and well documented. Support is fast and friendly.

"Essential tool for distributing work amongst a team"
What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? PT has a nice interface that allows us to document the information we need and displays it nicely and simply. It allows us to use markdown which is great for copying card information over to github PR's quickly. There are nice visual icons that allow you to quickly identify information about a card in the condensed view. What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? I love how easy it is to see what's happening and what's at risk. The product makes it easy for the team to collaborate and to keep projects on track.

What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? In general, Pivotal Tracker is great tool for project and product managers to track project progress and assign projects to various people within the company. We specifically use it for ecommerce / tech development projects to our sites. Individual users can identify bugs, features, or any other changes they wan tot make to the ecommerce site.
