What do you like best? - multiple ppl being able to use at the same time - ease of use What do you dislike? - at this point I do not have any complaints Recommendations to others considering the product: do a trial to see if it fits your companies needs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - not having to put sticky notes on a wall - working remotely - being able to work together even though in different offices

What do you like best? The fact that we could organize within the team in a better way What do you dislike? The fact that we cannot really interconnect with other teams tasks the way we would like to do it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? First thing to consider I believe is avoiding wasted time due to a better work scheduling; other benefits could be a better efficiency, more transparency of the work to be done.

Really fulfilling user experience

What do you like best? We use several leankit boards to track, deliver and delegate work amongst our large work force.....so the whole experience is far better than other products used before. What do you dislike? Some times our performance levels are a little laggy. I am unsure as to whether this is due to our internal infrastructure or the product itself. What do you like best? Single source of truth for all work. Easily managed kanban boards. What do you dislike? It doesn't provide the project-level detail of Jira What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrating our flow of work. Driving task-related conversations.

Good product with some limitations

What do you like best? Intuitive to learn. Good visualization options. What do you dislike? Fewer features for non-software development activities. For example it would be nice to have a space for both planned and actual hours (points) and Planned and actual dates. That would allow some very simple and effective reporting. Not a fan with so many better alternatives

What do you like best? Very little. Leankit is a poor implementation of software. It's a very basic "cards on a board" approach to project management. Might work well for a tiny project, but for large scale it's not appropriate. What do you dislike? The over design of the board columns with groupings. It doesn't help and basically makes everything management overkill. There is no way to do "portfolio" long term planning and management. When looking at a parent card that has ...

Good Kanban, but metrics should be way better for its price

What do you like best? One thing I really like in Leankit is the Kanban. Really easy to customize and use, I was able to do whatever I wanted to. What do you dislike? The dashboards and metrics. Even though they exist, they are a terrible experience to use. I still manually use my spreadsheets to generate real metrics, because I cannot customize the extraction the way I want (and honestly, if I can do in a spreadsheet, it is not Rocket Science). LeanKit is okay

What do you like best? The best thing about it and how our department uses LeanKit is more like a to-do list. When cards are created and added to our boards we have a visual representation of what needs to be done. What do you dislike? The major dislike (and honestly, why our department doesn't care to use it) is because LeanKit doesn't have enough granularity with its filters; or I should say, the option to save filters.
