What do you like best about RemotePC? I did call on customer service to help me with the set up because I wanted to make sure everything was done right and they were friendly, knowledgeable and effecient. I had used TeamViewer previously and it was VERY expensive and the customer service was NOT good. My son who is an IT Tech recommended RemotePC. He uses it at his office and said it works perfectly. It makes it very easy for me to connect between my main design computer at my home office, over to a work machine at a remote site which I use to control some equipment.
