I've had a good experience with Rollbar.

What do you like best? It does a good job of separating environments and raises errors appropriately. What do you dislike? Maybe a better way of group repeating errors. Maybe add some machine learning to see how patterns are similar (apart from just the trace). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping us catch exceptions!

Great Exception tracking - Simple and fast

What do you like best? Simple and direct UI. Easy to find issues. Easy setup. What do you dislike? UI could be slimmer. Would save few seconds when looking for information I want. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exception tracking on few ruby on rails apps.

Simple to use, extremely useful

What do you like best? Super easy to setup integration. Good grouping of errors/events, nice and clean UI, fair pricing. What do you dislike? It's so easy to start and get the results right away, that sometimes it's hard to force yourself to learn about advanced features they have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bug tracking and incident management.

Solid, reliable, and overall a good product

What do you like best? The product simply works, it's straight forward, with good logical organization of the product. I feel like I'm getting good value for what I'm paying for. What do you dislike? I still dislike the "new UI", so I'm thankful that the old UI is still supported. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great product. I've been using rollbar for a while, and I've never had any real complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Rollbar is the Alert Station we need it to be

What do you like best? I like that it alerts for an error, then the 10th error, the 100th error and so on. This allows me to go from seeing an error report to knowing that something big is breaking. What do you dislike? I don't have any particular problems with Rollbar - it's a great service and it's perfect at what it does. Recommendations to others considering the product: We use Python on our backend and it was a very easy implementation, getting Rollar setup for our site. ...

We use it with every project we launch

What do you like best? Great stack trace and local information on each exception that’s caught. Rollbar makes it really easy to debug and zap errors! What do you dislike? The only thing that bugs me about Rollbar is the number of fairly common issues that are flagged as warnings which should be ignored (eg. Bots and crawlers trying to crack the admin). It would be nice if more noise was filtered out by default What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Robust error reporting that threads the needle on who is impacted, and reduces much of the noise.

What do you like best? Overall as an error reporting service, it works really well! Grouping, identifying people impacted, escalating issues into ticket trackers, keeping our team informed via the Slack integration - it's a critical piece of our dev-ops workflows. What do you dislike? I like the people-impacted feature so much I wish they'd take it further! You can't quite clear out resolved issues from a person's history, and can't group people by customer account. What problems ...

One of the best tool to capture the necessary information to debug a production issue

What do you like best? The way we can configure is one the best things I like the most What do you dislike? Sometimes grouping doesn't happen correctly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To identify production issues

Don't know how I lived without it.

What do you like best? Being able to see all the in sites to what is happening in the code is invaluable. The amount of detail it provides for an error is very useful, such as full stack reports from within mobile apps. The cross platform ability is top notch. The fact that we can drop this SDK into our Java backend, JS front end, and both Android and iOS mobile apps makes tracking all errors across all platforms the best. I can't believe I went years without this, I'll never write a new ...

It works but it’s kinda expensive

What do you like best? Source code preview error grouping telemetry What do you dislike? pricing per occurrences is quite annoying Recommendations to others considering the product: try not to generate too many errors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it’s nice to see errors so quickly
