What do you like best about Route? I was hesitant to choose insurance for my online order but hey it was only about $2 to insure my $100+ order. It unfortunately arrived melted and unusable. Route quickly resolved my issue and for no additional charge shipped a duplicate order within only an hour and a half of submitting my order claim! Will definitely always be insuring through them when i have the option.

"Route Solved My Issue Without Hassle"
What do you like best about Route? I ordered from JLuxLabel and attached Route to my purchase. Although, the item didn't show up, after contacting route and waiting the appropriate amount of days I had a resolution with my money returned promptly.

What do you like best about Route? What I like best about Route is it helps our e-commerce company with damaged or lost orders. Getting our orders to our customers in a timely fashion is key plus they help us insure they will get a product that has not been damaged in transit.
